Kristin and Carl hadn’t gotten photos since their wedding years ago. They reached out and wanted to celebrate their relationship AND announce an exciting new chapter they were stepping into. They specifically said in their contact form that they had a “grittier” aesthetic and they wanted my romantic take on it. They were open to a nontraditional location and said they’d be down to experiment.. enter this location that I had been wanting to shoot out for awhile. They were the perfect couple to take here and they absolutely blew me away.

We crossed the street for a different look and then ended by photographing a little jean jacket to announce that Baby Bowser was on his way! THE SWEETEST! 

I feel so grateful for clients I meet that continue to invite me into documenting their lives like these two. I’ve had the chance to take family photos of Kristin, Carl, and their pup at winter minis and again at my spring minis once Enzo was born.
